The automated check weigher CISCA is ideal for use as a completeness checker for small product formats (bags, cartons, collapsible boxes, production parts etc.) with a GOOD/BAD sorting or as classification system for sorting similar products into different weight classes. In particular with the order-picking of small parts and article sets, CISCA offers a convenient solution for 100% quality assurance. The high degree of flexibility enables the application to be used as automatic final checking at the output of a manufacturing machine or as a tabletop device for supporting manual manufacturing processes. In doing so the integration into the process line with and without data exchange via digital signals or network is likewise possible when in use as a stand-alone-system.
Through-put rates of up to 30 units/min with an accuracy of +/- 1mg can be realised with the ingenious mechanism which is adapted to your products. The colour display with large display of the weight values and graphical presentation of the classification as well as the intuitive user guidance supported with softkeys, allows the operating personnel to acquire an overview of the data necessary and to be able to carry out the necessary entries, e.g. with format changes, with only a few button presses.
With the comprehensive software library there is the facility to carry out staged upgrades at any time and optimum adaptation to changing process conditions.
