The program provides menu-driven container weighing in applications subject to mandatory calibration by using a database with tables for products and operating personnel as well as a subsequent data transfer to the customer-side stores management system via Ethernet TCP/IP. The process is started on the operator terminal and a signal is simultaneously sent via Ethernet to the stores management system to assure readiness to receive. Then the operating personnel and product are determined sequentially
through a match code query. The necessary tare input can be arbitrarily implemented either by manual input on the keyboard or automatically. The tare value set is saved as the default value until changed. At the conclusion of the weighing the data is transferred to the stores management system at the press of a button by the operating personnel. For compliance with the mandatory calibration, all data relevant to the calibration are written to the integrated alibi memory.
