The system serves for the semi-automatic metering of materials in powder form. For rapid and precise metering, the system has two differently dimensioned and individually controllable vibration chutes that are supplied with material via a common storage container. The application software implements the process control and provides the administration of the different products and their
individual process-specific settings. Alongside the visual display of the metering progress in the terminal display, there is also a display of the metering progress by means of an external traffic light style indicator. The metering processes being implemented are logged, totalled in a production database and prepared for display.
